Whether you are preparing for a session of Conscious Breathwork, deep meditation, or other explorations of non-ordinary states of consciousness, understanding the landscape of the experience is key to a safe and meaningful process. During our orientation, we will review the phases of the experience and how to navigate each one effectively.

Our focus will be on how to stay present with various sensations, internal imagery, or emotional shifts that may occur. How to curate your physical space and mental focus to support a sense of safety and openness. Recognizing the natural physiological responses (such as changes in breath, temperature, or sensory perception) that can arise during deep somatic or consciousness work.

Support for your Companion: If you have chosen to have a Sober Support or Safety Sitter present, I provide a dedicated briefing for them. We will ensure they are attuned to your needs, understand the principles of non-intrusive ‘space-holding,’ and are prepared to provide a grounded, calm presence throughout your session.

Before we begin, we will go through a dedicated Safety Orientation to review your personal readiness for your planned experience. This process is designed to ensure that our work aligns with harm reduction protocols and best practices for your physical and emotional safety.
