About

The name Psiagem is inspired by the fusion of the Portuguese words for the “Psique” and “Viagem” (Journey). It represents the “Journey of the Mind” — a reflection of my belief that the path to self-discovery is a multifaceted exploration. This journey begins with a simple, profound realization: that change is possible and beneficial.

The awareness that we hold the key to our own transformation is a delicate process. This isn’t about blame or responsibility; it’s about compassionately acknowledging how our past influences our present. My approach focuses on gently perceiving what serves our well-being and identifying the new possibilities that arise from that awareness.

Once this first step is taken, the true journey begins. There are many paths and tools available to support this growth: coaching, meditation, yoga, retreats or connecting with community and faith. This journey is unique to every individual, and my role is to help you find and navigate your own specific path.

Personal Development Mentor & Harm Reduction Consultant

I am here to support you in navigating life’s complexities — whether that means offering guidance during challenging transitions, helping you identify the growth methods that resonate with you, or providing dedicated safety support for a planned psychedelic journey.

My dedication to this work is rooted in a long-standing interest in the human psyche and the mechanics of personal change. Having navigated significant internal challenges firsthand, I have a deep, lived understanding of the complexities of the mind and the persistence required to overcome deeply rooted patterns. This personal path, combined with an understanding of neurodivergent perspectives, has allowed me to develop a versatile and empathetic framework for supporting others as they navigate their own unique landscapes.

In search of clarity, I explored a wide range of modalities and acquired extensive knowledge that I now share with others. In recent years, my journey has centered on the potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness. Combining these experiences with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework has become my preferred path for connecting with my inner parts and my true self.”
